Ingredients

1 cup oat flour or brown rice flour, gluten-free if desired

1 tbsp curry powder

dash of pink salt

1/2 tbsp TBQ All Purpose Seasoning

1/2 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

4 tbsp mustard

2 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk, rice milk or oat milk

4 tbsp water
-
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted

1 small cauliflower - cut into smaller “bite-size pieces”

Preheat the oven to 450F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a large bowl, add the flour, curry powder, TBQ all purpose seasoning, (1/2 tbsp), garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, mustard, pink salt, black pepper, and your choice of plant-based milk, and stir until well-combined
Break or cut the head of cauliflower carefully into florets, bite size. Add the cauliflower florets into the batter, making sure each piece is coated. Place the cauliflower on the baking sheet. bake for 20 minutes. flip half-way
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the maple syrup, TBQ All Purpose Seasoning (1 tsp), and coconut oil. stir until mixed well. brush this mixture on the cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes
Once the cauliflower bites are baked, feel free to sprinkle some TBQ All Purpose Seasoning all over the baking tray to give the bites their final touch.
