Ingredients

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Pepper

1 tbsp Parsley flakes

2 tbsp TBQ All Purpose Seasoning

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Garlic powder

2 Lbs ground beef
-
5 cans or jars of pasta sauce
-
1/2 Bell Peppers diced
-
1 Jalapeño diced
-
1/2 Onion diced
-
4 Cloves of Garlic minced
-
1-1/2 bricks Mozzarella Cheese shredded

1 pack Lasagna noodles
Directions
Heat oil in a pot and then add in bell peppers, onion and jalapeños. Cook until just tender. Add in garlic and cook for another 3 minutes and then add in your ground beef and cook
Once ground beef is almost cooked through add in your seasonings- salt, pepper, parsley flakes, TBQ all purpose seasoning, paprika, and garlic powder. Mix together and cook thoroughly until meat is cooked through
Add in your pasta sauce and heat until the sauce is cooked through
How to assemble
Using a rectangular deep baking dish layer the bottom of the pan with a layer of sauce
Add on a layer of lasagna noodles (makes sure the noodles are just touching when placing in but also not touching the dish as the noodles expand when cooking)
Add on another layer of sauce
Add on a layer of cheese
Repeat steps 2-4 until the dish is layered and you’ve used up all your ingredients
Cover with aluminum foil and bake in oven for 55 minutes in a preheated 375 degree F
Remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes until cheese is golden and bubbly
Rest lasagna for 5-10 minutes before cutting
