This is a standard recipe & can be used as the base for many dishes. This recipe is also used to create the Big Mac Tacos
Ingredients

Approximately 8 bone in or boneless beef short ribs (4 pounds)

Vegetable Oil
-
Salt & Pepper to taste

TBQ Steak & Chop Seasoning
-
3 tbsp honey
-
3 tbsp soy sauce
-
1-3 cloves roughly chopped garlic

1 container beef broth
Directions
Season all sides of short rib generously. Warm a tbsp or so of vegetable oil in a skillet. Sear all sides of short ribs. Transfer short rib to a slow cooker or Dutch oven. Add beef broth, honey, garlic & soy sauce. Add enough liquid to cover the ribs. Cover & cook on high for about 6 hours, until ribs are tender & fall off the bone! Once slightly cooled down, pull the meat off of the bone.
