Directions
Preheat the oven to 400F
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Place the cooked beans, mushrooms, shredded carrots, and 1/4 cup of water into a food processor or high powered blender, blend thoroughly
Transfer the mix into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients, mix well
Divide mixture into patty-like shapes. put on a plate and cover with plastic wrap, place in the fridge for 15 minutes as the oven is preheating
While the burgers are in the fridge firming up, prepare all your fillings that you will place into the burger
Place the patty’s onto the baking tray, and place into the oven for 25 minutes
Let cool and dress up your burger!
