Ingredients

1 lb grass fed ground beef

1 large white onion chopped

1 clove garlic minced

1 clove garlic minced

1 cup sliced cremini or white mushrooms

1 red bell pepper chopped

1 green bell pepper chopped

1 tbsp TBQ Zesty Sauce

2 tbsp chilli powder

1 19 oz can of tomatoes
-
1 can of kidney beans

1 tsp sea salt

Directions
Brown ground beef in skillet over medium heat in olive oil until cooked through
Add onion and garlic, sautée for another 5 minutes
Add peppers and celery, sautéeing for an additional 5 minutes
Add mushrooms along with @tbqtunnelbbq zesty sauce and chilli powder
Pour tomatoes and tomato paste into blender and mix until smooth consistency then add to meat and veggies
Simmer 1 hour
Add rinsed kidney beans
Let chili simmer over low heat for an additional 30 minutes before serving
Recipe Note
Optional: top with some shredded Tex Mex cheese before serving
