Ingredients

3 whole mushrooms, grated

1 large carrot, grated

1.5 cup cooked quinoa

1 cup cooked red lentils

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp cayanee
-
1 tsp garlic powder
-
1-2 tsp TBQ All Purpose Seasoning

2 tsp sesame seeds
-
dash of salt
-
optional: 1-2 tbsp TBQ choice of sauce
Directions
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450F
Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Scoop the mix and create patties; place onto the baking tray
When mix is finished, place the tray into the oven
Bake for 20 minutes.
Let cool for 5-10 minutes
To Serve:
Sprouted/whole grain or gluten-free buns
Lettuce
Tomato, sliced
Onion, sliced
Pickles, sliced
TBQ Zesty or Honey Sauce
