Ingredients

1 lb extra lean ground Turkey, Beef or Veal

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1.5 tsp TBQ All Purpose seasoning

2 tbsp buckwheat flour (can use GF breadcrumbs)

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp Italian herbs
-
1 tsp dried oregano
Directions
Mix all ingredients together and form meatballs. The mixture will be quite wet but they cook perfectly. Bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes at 210C
